Development of SAP Operations 2008 - 2013 - July, 2009

Slum Aid Project with assistance from the 9th EDF has managed to develop 3 operating documents. These include, -Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy. DEMES 2008-2013 -The Advocacy strategy -2008-2013 -The development Strategy 2008- 2013. With these documents in place, SAP hopes to improve in all sectors of program Management; Design Planning, Implementation, M&E, and Transition. The Guiding documents will be used at all times in all SAP programs to improve on the effectiveness and efficiency of projects.
